CASTING

GSM Metals casts all raw materials internally using state-of-the-art continuous casting equipment, giving us full control of metal content and material quality.  Since all casting is done in-house, GSM has flexibility in creating custom alloys and sizes and is able to recycle clean scrap in order to provide more cost-effective products. 

Along with standard wire, tubing and strip sizes, GSM has the ability to cast tubing with outer diameters as high as 5.0".  In addition, the cutting edge technology we use when manufacturing our casting grain in all alloys provides a superior product that is virtually free of oxygen and completely uniform in size.
